Common Questions

Property Requirements

Suitable properties include farms, wooded areas, fields, or existing trail systems appropriate for recreational vehicles. The property can be large with multiple long trails or a smaller off-road park style area with obstacles setup. The key is to make it a great experience.

With a bobcat and a dream, you can turn almost any property into a great experience.

What Property Damage Could Occur?

Riders may create ruts, damage gates, or leave trash. Our insurance covers property damage, and we require security deposits from riders. You maintain the right to ban problematic users and can set specific vehicle restrictions.

Minimum Property Size Requirements

No minimum acreage required. Properties as small as 5-10 acres can work well for obstacle courses or short trails. Larger properties can accommodate longer trail systems for different vehicle types.

Realistic Revenue Expectations

Income varies significantly based on location, trail quality, and proximity to urban areas. Properties near Raleigh-Durham typically earn more than rural locations. We'll provide honest estimates during your property assessment.

Usage Restrictions

Property owners maintain full discretion over access terms including vehicle type restrictions, group size limitations, and operating days/hours. You can turn off trails at the click of a button and then turn them back on when ready.
